It all depends on the project. Some projects do not require permits, while some may require architectural drawings. But, if you do need permits, we will assist you in the process. Although it is ultimately your responsibility to pay for the permits and all related fees, we make it easier by preparing the paperwork required and guiding you through the process.
We assign a Project Manager to every project we work on to ensure it is properly managed. The Project Manager is available to you by phone and email at all times. The Project Manager is always present while the project is ongoing to insure everything is running smoothly.
